FOURTH-GENERATION FORT MYERS

My grandfather and grandmother circa 1946. Grampa was born in Highlands County, Venus, Florida under a cabbage palm on Fisheating Creek. Grama was born in Fort Myers in 1925. She had a day care on the corner of Jackson and South Street from the 1960's to the 1990's, called Kiddie Kare.
